Headbands (Choose 1 or 2 colors)
Need some emergency cord? Use your head! Our headbands are an inexpensive and effective way to carry cord while keeping your hair out of your eyes. We remove the inner yarns of the paracord on our headbands which means that the strength of the cord is 305lbs instead of 550lbs (but don’t worry, that’s still some very strong cord!)
All of our paracord products are handcrafted with Type III 550 paracord and can be customized for size and color. Type III 550 paracord has a breaking strength of 550 pounds and is fun, stylish, and easy to wear while keeping several feet of heavy duty cord on hand for any unexpected scenario. When you need it, you can take apart your item and use the cord for your survival situation.
Here are just a few of the many uses for paracord:
Tie down items during a storm
Use as a tow rope while kayaking, canoeing, or boating
Replace a broken bag strap
Replace a broken bra strap
Tie objects to your backpack
Tie people together on a trail so that no one gets lost
Use the inner cord for fishing line
Hang items in a tree to keep away from wildlife
Use to tie on a splint
Alarm system (tie to several cans around your camp area)
Replace broken shoe laces
Make a hammock
Emergency sewing thread (using inner cord)
Build a raft
Create a snare trap

Keeping Your Paracord Clean
We love wearing our paracord items, but sometimes they get a little dirty. If this happens, just mix 1 part warm water with 1 tablespoon baking soda, and then use a wash cloth or old toothbrush to gently wipe or scrub the dirt away. Lay your paracord item in the sun to completely dry and then it will be good as new!
